New Way Young Entrepreneurs
The Mission:
NWYE is Budapest, Hungary’s very first Social Emotional Learning based English language immersion center for teenagers. They approached Round Six Agency to build their brand from scratch. This included establishing a target audience, brand pillars, mission, vision, values, taglines, web copy, blog posts, website management, marketing collateral, email marketing and social media management. Essentially, giving life, strategy, and concrete language to their initial idea of creating such a unique program in Hungary.
The Challenge:
Initially, New Way was scheduled to launch as an in-person after school program at the beginning of March 2020… Like so many others, we had to quickly pivot the entire business model from in-person to online because of COVID-19. Switching up our customer acquisition and outreach strategy, we successfully created an online program focused on academic strategies and English Language skills for teens in Hungary. Moreover, our students and their parents were not all native English speakers, so streamlining and coordinating a dual language website and all other written materials presented quite a challenge. Because English and Hungarian are two vastly different languages in terms of syntax, grammar, and wordiness, we were also met with obstacles in graphic design for promotional material.
The Result:
Managing New Way's Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin pages, and Mailchimp and engaging the community has lead to New Way growing their customer base by 240% in 2 years solely through getting leads from social and email marketing channels. They have launched 4 verticals (3 online courses and 1 in-person Summer Camp), and have a community that not only includes Hungarian families, but also German, Japanese, Chinese, and French families.
